Game Check In - September 7, 2024

Teams are required to check in one hour before their games on Saturday, September 7, 2024, bringing all necessary paperwork and follow the listed guidelines below. 

• Parent Consent Forms and Concussion Awareness Forms for all players.
• Game Cards filled out in proper number order, First and Last Name of players. (click here for sample). All players must be listed even if not at game.
• Players must be ready in full uniform, cleats, shin guards.
• NO JEWERLY OF ANY KIND ON ANY PLAYER. No hard clips no exceptions.

After this initial check-in, they will not need to do so for the remainder of the season.  Instead, teams will present their game card to the designated referee at the time of the game. This check-in process is mandatory for all divisions, except for U5/U6 teams, which are not required to provide a game card.
