Team Photos

Your Registration Fee includes 1-8 x 10 composite of individual and team photo, 4 wallets and a button. Additional items may be purchased before scheduled team photo. Please reach out to your Team Manager or Team Coach for additional information. 


COACHES, PLAYERS AND PARENTS:
• Your patience will be greatly appreciated. More than 1,100 players / 105 teams will be taking their picture on August 24th.
• Time is estimated and not exact. There may be a delay. We ask for your patience.
• Assign your team to meet at Griffiths MS an hour before your picture time. Parking is limited. There will be fun activities.
• Picture day is usually the hottest day of the year. You may want to organize some type of shade.
• Decide on a meeting area. Not at Maude Price or in front of Snack Shack. This way it easier for parents to find you.
• Pictures will be at Maude Price. Only one entrance and one exit. Only coaching crew will be allowed inside after they have been cleared with the team. Please start informing parents.
• 3 Person Coaching Crew: coach, assistant coach and/or team manager. NO PARENTS.

Please let parents know players should come with jersey, black shorts, socks and cleats.

• ONLY 1 ball per team inside for pictures. Extra balls will not be available to lent out. Sorry.
• Only team (players and 1-3 person coaching crew) will be allowed into Maude Price. Parents can wait for the team on Griffiths MS side.
• If parents want additional packages, parents MUST purchases packages before the team enters Maude Price. Otherwise, team has to wait for that player outside in waiting area. Player holds the form in hand if buying additional pictures ONLY. A canopy will be set up selling the extra packages.
• Buddy pictures: buddy has to be with player when the team enters with paid package form in hand.
• If team is missing a player, they will need to wait in waiting area. PLEASE SHOW UP 60 MINUTES BEFORE estimated picture time. Coaching Crew needs to be cleared: submitting all their documentation before they will be allowed to take their picture.

**COACHING CREW: Please keep an eye on your players inside of Maude Price.
• See the volunteers at the end of your photo session so the players can pick up their ice cream.
• If player cannot attend Picture Day on the August 24th, make up day will be September 21st TBD. They will not be included on team picture. August 24th is the only team picture day. September 21st is the ONLY make-up picture day.
• *Make-up Picture Day is Picture Day for EPIC (VIP), Playground, and EXTRA Teams. They take their pictures first before any make-up pictures can be taken. Make-up picture time usually starts around 11 am (if VIP, Playground, and Flex finish their pictures early), we start make up pictures earlier as well. There will ONLY be team pictures for these 3 groups.
